Our Annual meeting is when we hold elections for half of the Directors of the club and set the schedule of events for the year. We encourage anyone who has an interest in the leadership of the club to become involved. A Directors term is for 2 years and an Alternate Directors term is for 1 year. There is 1 vote per membership card allowed.
